About the Author: Param Kahlon
Param Kahlon is the EVP and GM of Automation and Integration at Salesforce, provider of the world’s #1 CRM. Param brings to Salesforce more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software space, having led the development and management of successful products for some of the industry’s leading companies. Param will be bringing hyperautomation to the future of Salesforce with Data, AI, and CRM.
Prior to joining Salesforce in 2023, Param was at UiPath where he was Chief Product Officer, leading the organization to become the leading automation platform. Param began his product management career at Siebel Systems, where he played a critical role in managing products for Field Service, Call Center, and Customer Order Management.
Param holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS Computer Science from Punjabi University, India.
