Neil Fox

Neil Fox is the Senior Vice President, Engineering for AI. Prior to joining Persistent, Neil served as the CTO of Hexaware for the past 8 years and led a vast number of enterprise transformation initiatives with his "Modern Delivery Framework" of best practices for people, processes, and tools to help ensure a more consistent customer experience. He also led the development of multiple Gen AI SDLC acceleration platforms and dashboards for measuring team performance that leverages Gen AI. In his earlier roles, he was a part of the leadership teams at SoftServe, Ness Technologies, Symphony Services, RedHat and Lawson among others.
