Mahmoud Zalt is the founder of Sista AI and the creator of Sistava.com, an AI workforce platform designed for running core B2B operations. A software engineer with over 16 years of experience across backend systems, infrastructure, and developer tools, he also created Laradock.io, an open-source Docker environment with millions of downloads. Since late 2022, his work has focused on making autonomous AI systems production-ready: integrating agents with real-world tools, persistent memory, performance evaluation, and human-in-the-loop control. He builds Sistava in public and writes on agentic AI, operational automation, and the practical limits of system autonomy.
