John Capobianco serves as the Head of AI & Developer Relations at Itential, bringing over two decades of technical experience to his role at the intersection of network automation and artificial intelligence. An author, educator, and veteran IT professional, he has previously held key leadership positions including Head of Developer Relations at Selector AI and AI Technical Leader for Cisco Secure. Throughout his career, which also includes serving as a Senior Network Architect for the Canadian Parliament, he has focused on helping large enterprises safely adopt AI-driven operations within mission-critical, highly regulated infrastructure environments.
