John Cannava is the Chief Information Officer at Ping Identity, where he leads global IT strategy, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, he specializes in aligning technology with business growth, operational excellence, and customer success. Since joining Ping Identity in 2013, he has played a key role in scaling the organization, supporting its transition to a subscription-based business model, and guiding major transformation initiatives. Prior to Ping, Cannava held leadership roles at TTEC and J.D. Edwards. He is known for building high-performing teams and driving innovation through technology leadership.
