Jagadeshwar (Jags) Gattu is the President of Digital Foundation Services at HCLTech. With over three decades of experience in global technology services, Jags has been instrumental in scaling HCLTech’s Digital Foundation business and establishing it as a market leader and the fastest-growing business unit in the digital infrastructure space.
Under his leadership, the business unit has delivered significant value to Fortune 500 clients through a platform-centric strategy that brings together Hybrid Cloud, Networks, Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity into a unified, AI-driven and secure delivery model designed for scale and transformation.
He has been a key member of the core leadership team that led the transformation of the then-unexplored global remote infrastructure management space to the bedrock of digital transformation journeys, offering next-gen AI and hyperautomation-led infrastructure services and digital solutions. Today, he is playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Agentic AI, building the stepping stones for enterprise adoption and scalable innovation.
Prior to his tenure at HCLTech, he co-founded an Identity and Access Management firm and implemented various enterprise management technologies with computer associates. He has also co-authored the book 'Contemporary IT Service Delivery in Enterprise – Handbook for Service Delivery Managers.'
